Ahmad Alaskarov is an Azerbaijani former professional defender and coach born on 5 October 1935 in Baku.
Ahmad spent his entire playing career at Neftchi Baku. He shone for the club since 1955 till 1965 amassing 115 league appearances during his spell. In 1966, Alaskarov took up coaching with his feeder club. He had several coaching tenures at Neftchi in different periods. Apart from that, Alaskarov was at the helm of such clubs as SKA-Pamir, Chornomorets Odesa, Araz, Moldovan sides FC Zimbru and Sheriff Tiraspol, Anzhi Makhachkala, FC Baku. He also coached the Azerbaijan national team in the 1992/93 season. Ahmad Alaskarov retired from football in 2006.
