Anatoly Baidachny is a retired footballer and a football manager, born in 1952 in Moscow. He began to play football with Dinamo Moscow in 1969 and left the club in 1974. He moved to Dinamo Minsk, played there until 1979 and had to retire due to the injury. In 1972 he earned 5 caps for the Soviet national football team.
Baidachny took over as a football manager after retirement. Among the teams he guided were Dnepr Mogilev, Zhemchuzhina Sochi, Chernomorets Novorossiysk, Rostselmash Rostov-on-Don, the Belarus national team, Terek Grozny, Fakel Voronezh and Rostov.
