Bernard Blaquart is a football manager from France, born in 1957. He spent his playing career with Bordeaux, Toulouse, Toulon and Stade Français. After he retired as a football player he took over as a manager.
Since 1984 he guided lower league teams Lunel, Nord Lozère, Montluçon, Perrier Verzège and Lunel. In 2004 Blaquart took charge of Grenoble reserves. In 2006 he was at the helm of the first team during the last eight matches of the season and returned to the reserves and the to the youth team. Having left Grenoble, he guided the youth team of Tours and in 2012 Bernard Blaquart was appointed as the head coach of Tours.
