Igor Rahaev is a Ukrainian retired footballer, born in 1973. He began to play football at the youth team Mayak, which was renamed to Olympic Kharkiv and started his professional playing career at Torpedo Zaporizhya. Then Rahaev played for Metalist Kharkiv and retired as a player in 1997 because of an injury.
He was the manager of Arsenal Kharkiv between 2002 and 2005 and while guiding them he led Arsenal to win promotion to the Ukrainian second division and then to the top flight.
In 2010/11 he was responsible for Metalist Kharkiv youth team and helped them to finish runners-up in the Ukrainian youth championship. In 2011/12 he took over as an assistant manager at Metalist Kharkiv.
