Job Dragtsma is the football manager from Netherlands, born in 1955 in Alkmaar. HE began to play football at Ajax in 1971 and after two years there he began to play futsal. Having played 50 games, he retired.
In 1986 Dragtsma took over as a manager of Vitesse’22, then he was the head coach of ZAP and AFC‘34. In 2001 he became an assistant manager of AZ Alkmaar. In 2004 he was appointed the head coach of FC Volendam, where he spent a season and then took charge of the Finnish team FC Inter Turku. He led the team to Finnish League Cup victory in 2008 and the Finnish Cup trophy in 2009. Dragtsma extended the contract with Inter Turku up to the year of 2016.
