Michel Dussuyer was born on 28 May 1959 in France. He is a former goalkeeper, currently manager of Guinea. He started his playing career in 1978. In 1981 Dussuyer was signed by Nice and played for the side for three seasons. The French shot-stopper later moved to AS Cannes, spending 8 seasons at the team.
In 1996 he entered into coaching, firstly working as a coach assistant in Cannes. In 2006 Dussuyer was appointed as an assistant coach in Côte d’Ivoire national football team. Later the manager headed Benin national team, but was dismissed after poor performance of the side in the 2010 African Cup of Nations. On 24 May 2010 he was confirmed as Guinea national team manager.
