Mika Lehkosuo is a football manager from Finland. He was born in 1970 and spent the major part of his professional playing career at HJK Helsinki. He played for Vantaan Pallo in the 1993/94 season, made 24 appearances, then featured in one match for FF Jaro. Since then and till 1998 Lehkosuo played for HJK. In 1999 he had a stint in Perugia, made 11 appearances and up to the year of 2002 he played for HJK. Between 1997 and 2000 he earned 17 international caps for Finland. He was a part of HJK winning Veikkausliiga in 1997 and 2002. In 1996, 1998 and 2000 the club won the Finnish Cup.
He took over his managerial career guiding HJK youth teams. In 2005 Lehkosuo was appointed the assistant manager of FC Honka, competing in Ykkönen. Shortly after that he took the place of the head coach, then led the side to Veikkausliiga. In 2008 and 2009 FC Honka was runner-up in the league.
