Nurullah Sağlam is a Turkish professional coach who is currently unemployed. He was born on 20 January 1966 in Gaziantep, Turkey.
At his playing days, Nurullah played as a defender for Gaziantepspor, Kayserispor, Elazığspor, Edirnespor and İslahiyespor in between 1984 and 1999. He took up coaching with Gaziantepspor in 2003. In between 2005 and 2007, Sağlam coached Karşıyaka, Denizlispor and Konyaspor. A stalwart of Gaziantepspor, he returned to the club in the 2008/09 season and led them to the third round of the UEFA Cup.
In 2010, Nurullah Sağlam took over reins at Mersin İdmanyurdu and led them to the 2010/11 TFF First League victory thus earning promotion to the top tier. At the end of the glorious season, he signed a contract with Mersin for another three years and coached the club until being sacked in 2012.
