Omar de Felippe is an Argentine football manager. He was born in 1962 in Bahía Blanca, Argentine. He is a retired footballer, who played for such Argentinean teams as Olimpo, Club Villa Mitre, Huracán, Arsenal de Sarandí, Quilmes and a Colombian side Cristal Caldas.
After the Falklands War he began his managerial career as a coach of lower divisions of Atlanta and then went on coaching Huracán. In 2000, he became an assistant coach to Julio César Falcioni at Vélez Sarsfield, then at Olimpo, Banfield, Independiente, Colón y Gimnasia y Esgrima de La Plata. In 2009, he became the manager of Olimpo and in 2012 took charge of Quilmes. Since 2012 de Felippe has guided Independiente.
