Peter Gerhardsson is a manager of BK Häcken. He is a retired Swedish football player, born in 1959. He began playing at Upsala IF, and then joined Hammarby IF. With the latter one he stayed between 1978 and 1987, after that he joined Vasalunds IF and in 1991 he switched to Enköpings SK. That was his last club he played for. He retired in 1992 and took over his managerial career in 1993.
The first team Gerhardsson guided was his former Upsala IF. Then he had spells at BKV Norrtälje and Bälinge IF. After the following two years he obtained coaching license and between 2000 and 2003 he was an assistant coach of Enköpings SK. Between 2002 and 2004 he guided the Sweden national team at U16 and U17 levels. For some time Gerhardsson worked with several youth teams and in 2009 he took charge of BK Häcken.
