Philippe Hinschberger is a French football manager, a retired football player. He was born in 1959 and spent his playing career with FC Metz, whom he joined in 1977. There he made 430 league appearances, scored 56 goals and retired as a player in 1992. He was a part of the team winning the Coupes de France in 1984 and in 1988.
In 1997 he took over his managerial career at CS Louhans-Cuiseaux and spent there four seasons. In 2001 Hinschberger became the manager of Chamois Niortais, then guided Le Havre for a season and returned to Chamois Niortais. In 2007 he took charge of Laval and has still been guiding them.
