Roberto Martínez (born 13 July 1973 in Balaguer, Spain) is the club manager of Everton and a former footballer.
From 25 February 2007 Roberto worked with Swansea City, but resigned on 15 June 2009.
The same day he was appointed the head coach of Wigan Athletic.
Roberto worked with the team until 2013 when Wigan won a historic FA Cup but got relegated from the Premier League. He then took up the manager position at Everton.
