Sabri Lamouchi is a former French football player and a coach.
He started his youth career in AS Duchère in 1977, went on with Cascol Oullins and his professional career started in Alès. The next team he played for was Auxerre, where he spent four years. During that period the team became the 1996 Ligue 1 champion and won Coupe de France.
In 1998 he moved to Monaco, then to Parma, and after that he joined Internazionale.
He had a season loan in Genoa and in 2005 he joined Olympique de Marseille. Before the expiration of the contract in Marseille he moved to Qatar to join Al-Rayyan. The next season he spent with Umm-Salal and then joined Al-Kharitiyath.
In 2012 Lamouchi started his managerial career with the national team of Cote d’Ivoire. He managed to take the squad to 2014 World Cup in Brazil, but failed to make it past the group stage. Following the elimination from the tournament, Lamouchi resigned from his position.
In the period from 1996 till 2001 he was called up in the French national team, where he had 12 caps.
