Tommi Kautonen is football manager from Finland, born in 1971 in Lahti. Since November 2010 he has been guiding FC Lahti. He played for such teams as Reipas Lahti, FC Haka, MyPa, Vaasan Palloseura, with whom he won the Finnish League Cup in 1999, and FC Lahti. He retired as a footballer in 2006, having made 377 league appearances and scored 21 goals.
Kautonen was named the best midfielder in Veikkausliiga in 2004. He was called up to the Finland national team, earned 27 caps for the youth team and 9 caps for the senior squad.
As a manager Kautonen was at the helm of FC KooTeePee, Vasa IFK, FF Jaro before he took charge of FC Lahti.
