Viktor Pasulko is a former Soviet footballer, later a football manager. He was born in 1961 in Soviet Union, Ukraine. He began to play football at Ukrainian lower division teams. Between 1982 and 1986 he played for Chornomorets Odessa, then played for Spartak Moscow, where he stayed until 1989 and won Soviet Top League in 1987 and 1989.
In 1990 Pasulko moved to Germany and played for several teams throughout a decade. Initially he joined Fortuna Köln, then played for Eintracht Braunschweig, ASV Durlach, Bonner SC and FC Junkersdorf. He was called up to play for the Soviet Union national team in Euro 1988, where he earned 8 caps.
At the closure of his playing career he was a playing coach at ASV Durlach and then attended coaching school in Koln. In 2002 he took charge of Moldova national team and guided them until 2005. Then he was the manager of Khazar Lankaran, Sho’rtanneftgaz G’uzor, Atyrau and in 2011 became the head coach of Ordabasy.
