Anzhi fairytale comes to an end

“We failed to clinch rapid success. Now Anzhi Makhachkala will develop its academy according to the medium-term plans of club development”, said club president Konstantin Remchukov.

Recently appointed coach Rene Meulensteen also looks set to be leaving Dagestan after just 16 days in charge after replacing Guus Hiddink.
