Anzhi is ready to sign Sneijder

Anzhi Makhachkala have made a concrete offer to Internazionale on Holland playmaker Wesley Sneijder.

Inter manager Andrea Stramaccioni admitted earlier the club was ready to sell the player for a good price. One of the options for 28-year-old superstar was Manchester United as Sir Alex Ferguson kept the player on his radar for a long time. But Anzhi made a concrete offer to the club and the player and is now closer than the English club to signing.

The Russian football club has allegedly offered €15m for Sneijder. Another former Internazionale star Samuel Eto’o joined Anzhi last summer for €25m.

The season 2011/2012 was not the most glorious for the former Real Madrid player. Missing a part of the term due to injury Sneijder scored only 4 goals in 27 matches.
