Arsenal chase Sevilla Fazio

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is weighting up a summer move for Sevilla towering centre-back Federico Fazio.

According to the latest reports Arsenal are looking to splash the cash this summer in order to bring several quality players to the Emirates.Wenger is keen on signing 26-year-old Federico Fazio, whom he considers as an ideal candidate capable to strengthen sloppy defensive line.
Back in 2009 Wenger has made a £5.5 million bid for Fazio, however the Spanish side rejected the offer, stating the player is too important for the team. Now, as Sevilla are suffering a financial meltdown, they may be more inclined to part ways with their valuable asset.

Arsenal boss is also considering to land Swansea defender Ashley Williams, however the Welsh side is unlikely to settle for anything less than £12 milion.
