Arsenal Gibbs back to full training

Arsenal have been given a huge boost with the news their left-back Kieran Gibbs has returned to full training following the lengthy spell on the sidelines due to injury.

Gibbs has been out of contention since suffering a thigh injury in Arsenal’s 2-2 draw at the hands of Liverpool on January, 30. The defender has returned to training with the first team and could be handed a chance of playing against Bayern Munich the next week.

Meanwhile Gibbs is set to face competition from the side of new signing Nacho Monreal for the left-back spot in the forthcoming Premier League game against Swansea City. Monreal has been bought from Malaga in a bid to replace Gibbs as first-choice back.
