Balotelli to appeal against £340k fine

Balotelli to appeal against £340k fine

The Guardian states that Man City forward Mario Balotelli will take Man City to an appeals tribunal over a huge £340k fine levied for a poor discipline throughout the season.

Balotelli has missed numerous games last season after receiving series of yellow and red cards. After his appeal against the fine was rejected by Man City the Italy international has decided to put his case to a premier League tribunal.

Man City coach Roberto Mancini appears to be finally losing patience with the 22 year-old forward. Balotelli was dropped out of the squad as Man City were playing against Newcastle on Saturday.

The decision to appeal against the fine may put the out-of-favor forward on the edge of exit from the club.
