Balotelli is banned for three games

The striker will miss the matches against Napoli, Juventus and Catania.

Milan forward Mario Balotelli received a three-match suspension for insulting the referee during the fixture against Fiorentina on Sunday that ended in a 2-2 draw.

The player was already handed a one-match suspensions as he collected five yellow cards, but Serie A authorities gave the forward ban for further two games following comments he made to officials.
