Belhadj revealed interest in Premier League return
West Ham long-term target Al Sadd defender Nadir Belhadj said he would like to return to Premier League.
The 30-year-old Algerian has joined the Qatari side Al Sadd in 2010 from Portsmouth. However the recent rumours have been linking the player with a move to host of European clubs including West Ham, Benfica and Lazio, amid news he is far from being happy in Qatar.
Nadir Belhadj evealed: “I am happy to be linked with prestigious clubs, such as Benfica, Lazio and West Ham. Benfica have been linked with me before but nothing happened. They are a great club with great tradition and infrastructures. West Ham are also a great team with a good reputation and I always enjoy the English league. To be honest, nothing has been decided yet so wait and see.”
