Blokhin is at the helm of Dynamo Kiev, saying farewell to the national team

Oleh Blokhin has been appointed Dynamo’s head coach, where he played as a striker in Soviet Union.

Moreover Blokhin won’t take charge of the Ukraine national team any longer. After the team drew their opening Group H qualifier in England 1-1, he left them before the next FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Moldova and Montenegro.

Blokhin, who is 59 years old have replaced Yuri Semin to guide Dynamo after they had lost their UEFA Champions League Group A opener to Paris Saint-Germain 4-1 last week.
