Domestic cup results: Italy, France, Germany

Coupe de France: PSG were eliminated from the Coupe de France quarter-finals, as they lost to Evian in a penalty shoot-out 4-1 after the match finished in a 1-1 draw.

Pastore scored the goal for PSG 8 minutes into the first half, while Khelifa leveled the game minute before the half-time whistle. Motta has earned an early bath in 118th minute. despite David Beckham starting the game in the first XI he was unably to prevent his team’s defeat.

Elsewhere Bordeaux made it through to the Coupe de France semi-finals after 3-2 win over Lens.

DFB Pokal: VfB Stuttgart have beaten dark horses Freiburg 2-1 to reach the final, where they will face might Bayern Munich. The goals from Martin Harnik and Arthur Boka earned Stuttgart the much-needed victory.

Coppa Italia: Roma battled to a 3-2 victory over injury-plagued Inter, to record a 5-3 win on aggregate in their two-legged Italian Cup semi-final. Two Mattia Destro’s goals helped his team to a victory. Roma progressed to the final where they will meet Lazio in a first ever all-Roman Coppa Italia.
