Genoa fans punished after racist chants

Serie A side was fined 30,000 € after supporters racially abused AC Milan forward Mario Balotelli.

Serie A disciplinary committee it its statement informed that Genoa received a fine following improper behavior of the home side fans who racially abused the Italian international Mario Balotelli during Friday game that Milan won 2-0. The post-match referee report also mentioned that supporters threw coins and lighters at the pitch and shone lasers at Milan players.
