Hull and Swansea to bid for Leicester Schmeichel

Hull and Swansea are looking to battle for the signature of Leicester goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel, the son of the legendary United stalwart Peter Schmeichel.

Recently promoted Hull are desperately looking for a quality goalkeeper as they are preparing themselves for a life in Premier League. After spending a season on loan at Hull Fulham’s David Stockdale returned to his parent club, with the transfer fee being unaffordable for the Tigers.

Meanwhile Swansea are also closely monitoring the situation with the Dane, because they need to add some depth to their squad to play in Europa League next season.

The 26-year-old Denmark international Kasper Schmeichel has only year left on his current deal at Kingpower Stadium.
