La Roja is unstoppable again

Spain have captured the UEFA European Under-19 Championship beating Greece in the final 1-0.

La Roja dominated throughout the match and created a number of chances but brilliant goalkeeping by Sokratis Dioudis kept the sides equal till the 80th minute as Jese Rodriguez, the top scorer of the tournament, finished Deulofeu’s pass.

Jese Rodriguez managed five goals in total including hat-trick against Portugal. The manager of the team Julen Lopetegui claimed after the victory that his players deserved the title and that Spain had more chances to score.

Spain have reached seven finals of the U-19 European championship since 2002 claiming the title six times.
