Lallana injury worry for Saints

Sky Sports informs that Southampton’s forward Adam Lallana has picked up knee injury during the Saints’ 1-0 win of the bottom-dwellers Reading.

The Saints’ skipper is set to be assessed by the medical stuff in the next several days. Should Lallana’s injury be recognized as serious, this would be a major blow for the Nigel Adkins’ side.

Adam Lallana has been Southampton’s firm first-choice player this season, making 16 appearances and scoring one goal.
