Lampard Chelsea exit a ‘certainty’

Frank Lampard agent confirmed that the 34-year-old Chelsea midfielder will leave the club on a free transfer this summer.

The club management has informed Lampard’s agent that it does not intended to offer their midfielder an extension of his current deal. Lampard himself revealed that he does not plan to finish his football career as of yet. Taking into account the interest from the side of several Chinese and Arab clubs he may be likely to head off to either Asia or Middle East.

According to recent reports Lampard could stay at the club only if he accepts the major pay cut.
