Latest transfer rumours: Abbiati to leave Milan in summer

The Italian keeper will join his former club Atletico Madrid.

Milan shot-stopper Christian Abbiati will not be offered a new contract this summer as the current deal between the player and the club expires in June. The 35-year-old is linked with a move to Atletico Madrid where the Italain played for the season 2007/2008.

The Spaniards are reportedly searching for a replacement for Thibaut Courtois who comes back to Chelsea in summer.
