Latest transfer rumours: Barcelona court Abdennour

Toulouse defender claims the Catalans will offer him a deal in summer.

Tunisia international Aymen Abdennour confirmed that La Liga leaders are keen to pen a deal with him during summer transfer window, yet the 23-year-old refused to speak about the talks between the clubs.

“I know Barcelona are very much interested in me and I sense that an offer is underway against next season but it is the president of my club Toulouse who has the final say,” Abdennour stated.

The defender visited Camp Nou last week upon the invitation from the club’s management and watched the Champions League fixture between Barcelona and Milan.

Abdennour mover to Toulouse in 2011 from Werder Bremen and his contract with the French side runs till 2017.
