Latest transfer rumours: Juventus chase Sampdoria starlet

Simone Zaza who currently plays on loan at Ascoli is linked with the Old Lady.

The 21-year-old Simone Zaza caught the eye of the Italian giants following his impressive performance in Serie B as the player scored 17 goals in 26 matches. Zaza will return to Sampa in summer but his future in the team is unclear as the forward’s contract expires in 2014 and the talks on a new deal are at a standstill.

The player’s agent Christian Maifredi confirmed the interest form Juve , claiming that he already met with the Old Lady’s officials.

“I’ve met with sporting director Fabio Paratici. But there has been contact with foreign clubs too. At the moment my client is wanted by two Italian sides and two from abroad, ” stated Maifredi.
