Man Utd to bid for Borussia Lewandowski

Daily Mail reports that Man Utd are close to signing 24 year-old Borussia Dortmund forward Robert Lewandowski at the end of the season.

The Red Devils could get Lewandowski in a cut-price deal (around £12 million), as the Poland international is set to enter the final year of his contract.

Man Utd are about to use Lewandowski in tandem with Robin van Persie up front, while Wayne Rooney is set to play as the false nine.

According to Fichajes.net Man Utd are also chasing Borussia midfielder Mario Götze who will be available next summer for £30m.
