Milan to bid for Balotelli

Milan to bid for Balotelli

The Guardian informs that Milan continue talks over a possible move for Man City forward Mario Balotelli.

The transfer fee remains the major stumbling block towards the transfer. The Citizens are believed to demand around £23.5 million for a striker they paid £23 million in 2010. The Italian forward is keen on joining the Rossoneri as he is a fan of AC Milan from early childhood. It remains to be seen whether Man City boss Roberto Mancini decides to cash in on his controversial striker or allows him staying at the club. Several weeks ago after yet another confrontation between the player and the manager it seemed Mancini’s patience is finally exhausted and the forward would be definitely offloaded in January.

Balotelli has made 18 appearances for the club scoring one goal.

Milan are also willing to sign out-of-favored Real Madrid playmaker Kaka on a season-long deal.
