Moyes believes Phil Neville will become a good coach

New Manchester United boss David Moyes revealed he thinks Phil Neville, with whom he has been working at Everton, has what it takes to become a successful coach.

Phil Neville is currently considering his options as his contract with Everton is due to expire in June. David Moyes has no doubts that Neville will be a success in a managerial role. He said: “I think he’ll probably go into coaching or management, that would be my tip. He has got a bit of problem with his knee, but he’ll know if he can play on or not.

“He’s a great man and has a lot of good values. I can see him being successful in the future. He could stay on at Everton. He’s capable, he’s got good values, he knows the job and knows what’s expected. He could do that,” added the Scot.
