Nagatomo will miss several months

The Nerazzurri midfielder sustained a serious injury in the derby against Milan.

The Japanese player Yuto Nagatomo is likely to miss the rest of the season after damaging knee ligaments in Sunday match. The medical staff of the Italian side diagnosed Nagatomo with a capsular ligament injury to the external meniscus and minor damage to the external ligament.

The rehabilitation period may last up to several months the club informed.
