Premier League fixtures preview: Liverpool vs Chelsea
Chelsea visit Liverpool in pursuit of the third away win of the year. Former Reds’ forward Torres will be returning to Anfiled for the second time since his astonishing move to Stamford Bridge.
The Blues are currently sitting in the third place, one point clear of fourth-placed Arsenal, and the draw could be considered an acceptable result for them as they are on course of securing the Champions League spot.
Liverpool are sitting in the seventh place, six points behind six-placed Everton and draw or a defeat could mean their hopes of playing in Europa League next season are vain, especially if Wigan against all odds outplay Man City in FA Cup final.
Liverpool team news:
Borini (shoulder), Allen (shoulder) and Kelly (knee) will be definitely missing the clash against Chelsea, as they are recovering from long-term injuries.
Raheem Sterling (thigh) set to undergo a medical assessment ahead of the game, to reveal whether he is fit enough.
Chelsea team news:
Rafa Benitez has no serious injuries concerns. Gary Cahill and Ashley Cole are close to full fitness and may be involved in the upcoming clash.
Oriol Romeu remains on team’s long-term injury list.

Chelsea are finishing 6th for the second straight season, trust me :) No way they are going to survive late April-May with a game every three/four days plus the clashes with ManUtd, Everton, Liver and Tottenham still to go. Either they finish 6th or flop in Europa. I bet the first.
