Real Madrid set to hijack Man City's bid for Isco

Real Madrid are looking to steal Isco from under Manchester City noses, as they entered the talks with the Spaniard’s father.

It has been widely expected Malaga’s playmaker is on course of reuniting with his former manager Manuel Pellegrini, whom he considers ‘father figure’, at Etihad stadium. The Chilean is set to he unveiled as new Citizen’s boss by the end of the week and Isco is considered his prime target, with the preliminary work as regards the transfer believed to be ongoing. However it looks like Real Madrid decided to hijack City’s bid.

Recent rumours suggest Isco and his father are in the process of negotiations about the proposed move of talented player to Santiago Bernabeu. Malaga are unlikely to settle for anything less than £20 million.
