Rennes signs Ejike Uzoenyi

The 24-year-old Nigerian joins the French club.

The player impressed many in Nigeria squad during the 2013 Africa Cup of Nations in South Africa. The transfer was confirmed by the midfielder himself who noted that he would arrive to France in few days.

”I am very pleased with this because it is a big dream of every Nigerian football player to come to Europe. I hope to take my career to the next level,” claimed the player.

Uzoenyi will join another Nigeria international in the team Onyekachi Apam.
