Rodwell injury woe for Man City

ESPN informs that Man City defensive midfielder Jack Rodwell will be out for up to three weeks after suffering setback of his hamstring injury.

Rodwell himself revealed that though he is disappointed with the start of his career at the Etihad stadium he will do his best to return to action as soon as possible. “It’s down to strengthening now, so I’m doing a lot of work in the gym and am just getting it right to prevent another injury,” said Rodwell. “It’s been a frustrating start to the season and to my City career, bit I’m focused now and I’m ready to get back.”

The 21 year-old has joined Man City from Everton for £12 million in summer. He has just made 6 appearances for the club due to series of injuries.
