Sterling renewed his contract with Liverpool

According to uk.eurosport.yahoo.com Liverpool winger Raheem Sterling has put a pen on a new deal which will keep him at the club until 2018.

The 18 year-old has excited the fans and the pundits with his impressive development under Brendan Rodgers. He proved himself on a regular basis this season, having made 16 appearances and scoring one goal. He is also youngest ever Liverpool player to win the cap for England, as he took part in friendly against Sweden aged 17 years.

Sterling himself revealed that the possibility to play for Liverpool is a dream come true. “It’s every 18-year-old’s dream. I’m just really grateful to be at such a big club like this,” he said.
