Swansea to replace Graham with Stoke’s Jones

Daily Mirror informs that Swansea are seriously considering the possibility of landing 28-year-old Stoke City striker Kenwyne Jones.

The Swans boss Michael Laudrup is apparently willing of offload his forward Danny Graham who is likely to disrupt the dressing room atmosphere at the Liberty Stadium. The 27 year-old has been edged out by in-form Michu and is unhappy about the lack of first team football. Reading and Sunderland are thought to be interested in signing Graham however Laudrup is unlikely to let his forward go until he finds a replacement.

Stoke City forward Kenwyne Jones is considered as an ideal candidate to fill Graham’s boots.
