Twente still supports Steve McClaren

The Enschede side has not celebrated a victory for six successive matches.

Twente stands six points behind PSV, though the chances for competing with Eindhoven side are slim as the club did not manage to win a game since Christmas.

Despite that the club’s chairman Joop Munsterman claims he gives all support to the current head coach Steve McClaren. In a recent interview to the Dutch press Munsterman insisted: “For us, the situation has not changed with this defeat. It is a stable situation at the club.”
