Valbuena:”When we win, we forget how we did it”

Olympique de Marseille midfielder Mathieu Valbuena believes the team can progress, yet has some points to improve

The team from Marseille is third after the winter break bagging the same amount of points as Paris Saint-Germain and Olympique Lyonnais. One of the most effective players of the team is Mathieu Valbuena who recently claimed the squad knows its weak points, stating:”… when we win, we forget how we did it. And we realize sometimes the content of the match is not exceptional.”

Valbuena says during the first half of the season the side did not show enough determination, making stupid mistakes in certain games. Yet the Frenchman believes Olympique can be more consistent and climb higher, adding the team is ready “to wage a war every weekend.”
