Vilanova to remain Barca manager for the following season

Vilanova to remain Barca manager for the following season

Barcelona sporting director pledges support to the tactician.

The Blaugrana official Andoni Zubizarreta claims Tito Vilanova will remain the head coach of the side for the following term.

“Vilanova will be Barca manager next season. His return is our greatest victory,” stated Zubizarreta in an interview to the Spanish press.
Former Barca goalkeeper also confirmed that Vilanova’s recovery is coming to an end.

“Tito’s doing well. He’s looking well, hasn’t lost too much weight and is in high spirits. He’s in great shape but we know that this type of treatment wears you down. He’s still in touch with the game and this will have helped him,” said Zubizarreta.

Yet Zubizarreta refused to set a particular date of Tito’s return to his duties, stating: “Giving a date would be a mistake, as that’s not for me to say. Anyone who has undergone treatment for such a time knows that you must take each day at a time. So we’re going to be cautious and not say when”.

Of course, he will, Barca are terrific in terms of supporting their men in trouble, Abidal probably couldn't get more support from his team, now Tito - what an example, Barca! Mes que un club!
