Zenit defender Domenico Criscito is sidelined till the end of the season

The Italian player damaged knee ligaments on Thursday.

Italian international Domenico Criscito sustained an injury on Thursday during a friendly fixture against Siena. The player will be operated later this week and the rehabilitating may take up to eight months.
