Zenit intent to compete with Chelsea for Porto star Hulk

It was reported that Zenit is to face Chelsea competing for Hulk, who gained 49 caps and scored 24 goals for the Dragons.

Zenit is ready to sign Hulk for a fee of €30m and the Portuguese Bruno Alves as a bonus.

Earlier Tottenham manager Andre Villas-Boas was announced to maintain interest in 26-year-old Porto footballer.

Talks have cooled because of the Olympic Games.
