Álex Rubio. Biography

Álex Rubio is a Spanish footballer who plays a striker for Sevilla in the Spanish top flight. He was born on 23 July 1993 in San Fernando, Spain.

Álex was formed in the youth ranks of his native side Sevilla. In 2012, he was promoted to their reserve squad and began to compete in the Segunda División B. Thanks to his strong performances Rubio was called into the first team of the club and made his La Liga debut in a match against Rayo Vallecano on 2 September 2012. In 2012, a promising young hopeful earned his first caps to the Spain national U20 team.
