Ante Vukušić is a football player from Croatia, born in 1991. He began to play football in his native town with Junak Sinj and in 2007 he joined Hajduk Split. In January 2009 he penned a professional contract with the club, which tied him for five and a half years. His debut came on 22 April 2009 in a 5-0 victory over Croatia Sesvete. Vukušić netted 8 goals in 27 league and cup appearances in the 2009/2010 season. Throughout the following season he scored 14 goals in 29 league games he featured in and in the UEFA Europe League he appeared in 9 matches and scored 4 goals. In 2011/12 he netted 15 goals in 29 games during the season and was the team’s top scorer. Vukušić completed a move to Pescara for €3.8 million in August 2012.
He represented the Croatia national U18, U19 and U21 teams. He was a part of the team qualifying for the 2013 UEFA European Under-21 Football Championship. On 5 August 2012 Vukušić earned his first cap for the senior team in a 2-4 loss at t Switzerland.
