Anvarjon Soliev is a footballer from Uzbekistan, born in 1978. He began his professional career at Navbahor Namangan, where he played between 1996 and 2000. In 1998 he was a part of the team winning Uzbek Cup and in 2000 Soliev switched to Pakhtakor Tashkent. He played for Pakhtakor until 2007 and helped the capital city club to become Uzbek League champion six times and won six domestic cup titles. In 2005 he was named the Uzbek League Topscorer.
Anvarjon Soliev signed for Bunyodkor (in 2008 it was named Kuruvchi and then its name was changed). There he proved himself a prolific striker scoring 12 league goals in his first season with the club. Since 2001 he has been called up to play for the Uzbekistan national team.
